Visiting Vancouver Island for an extended period of time? Or are you re-locating to beautiful Nanaimo? The Grand Hotel Nanaimo also offers long-term fully furnished and serviced accommodations for your convenience.

We offer two and three-bedroom townhouses that range in size between 102 and 140 square metres (1100 – 1450 square feet).

Each townhouse is fully furnished, including an in-suite washer/dryer, full kitchen with dinnerware, microwave and dishwasher, separate living room and dining room, two full bathrooms, and a gas fireplace. They are also equipped with complimentary broadband internet and full cable service, as well as sprinkler and smoke detectors. Our long-term guests are also provided with weekly housekeeping and linen services.

A beautifully landscaped courtyard and garden area provides a serene atmosphere for each residence.
